1. Promoter
The promoter is Wallacea Living Opco Limited, company number 13529550 and whose registered office is Bury Lodge, Bury Road, Stowmarket, England, IP14 1JA (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Offer is applied to first visits with the Sales Team (by appointment) at Wallacea Living, Marylebone only.
A visit constitutes a private group, couple or single person appointment with a member of the Wallacea Living Sales Team.
A visit must be booked before 30th November 2025 and attended before 31st December 2025.
Customer should quote 'Fortnum & Mason' when booking a visit with Wallacea Living to qualify.
Customer must be a homeowner or be in a proceedable position for a property purchase.
Customer must be aged 65+. The visit is concerning properties for sale within an Integrated Retirement Community.
The promotion is not available to people who have already visited, or to owners who have already reserved a Wallacea Living property
3. How to Book an eligible Visit
Customers must book a visit with the Sales Team by either:
- completing the
- online contact form on our website
- to 'Request a Visit'
- calling 020 3960 1000 and speaking to a member of the Sales team
- Quote 'Fortnum & Mason' when making your booking
Your visit must be booked before 30th November, 2025 and attended before 31st December 2025.
4. Gift Details
Customers will receive a Fortnum and Mason gift to the value of £50. As gift ranges may change seasonally, your gift may be substituted for a gift of equal value.
The gift will be sent to a customer's address following a qualifying visit (address will need to be supplied prior to visit).
Only one gift per pre-booked visit attended will be sent to the named person who booked the visit. Additional gifts will not be sent for subsequent visits.
Gifts cannot be substituted for another offer or cash alternative except in exceptional circumstances. The gift is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and subject to availability.

The gift does not include travel or any additional expenses to visit the Showsuite, but includes delivery of the gift to your home.
5. General Conditions
No purchase is necessary to receive the gift.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
By booking a visit, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to send the gift to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy available at

By submitting your booking, entrants also consent to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter, including updates, offers, and information about services and events.
Customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or contacting the Promoter directly.
8. Governing Law
The offer and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
