1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Wallacea Living Opco Limited, company number 13529550 and whose registered office is Bury Lodge, Bury Road, Stowmarket, England, IP14 1JA (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents only at the time of entry, except:
- employees of the Promoter;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 above.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
3. How to Enter
Entrants must provide their First Name, Last Name, email address, and phone number.
Entries can be submitted by either:
- completing the online entry form; or
- calling 020 3960 1000 and speaking to a member of the Sales team who will complete the online entry form on your behalf.
Only one valid entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries using the same email and/or phone number will be disqualified.
Entries open on 19th August 2025 at 12:00am (the “Opening Date”) and must be received by the Promoter by 1st October 2025 at 12:00am (the “Closing Date”). All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
4. Prize Details
Two (2) winners will each receive a Standard Membership to Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club (Soho, London), each valued at £325.00.
The prize consists of a single-year standard membership only. Further details about the membership can be found at Ronnie Scott's membership.
The prize does not include travel or any additional expenses.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and will be issued in the name of the individual listed on the winning entry form. No cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 7th October 2025.
Winners will be contacted as soon as practicable after the winners have been selected by telephone and written confirmation made to the email address provided in the winner’s entry form.
Winners must book an appointment to collect their prize in person from the Wallacea Living Marketing Suite, 2 Newcastle Place London W2 1AX.
Valid photo identification (e.g. passport or UK driver’s licence) must be provided upon prize collection.
Prize collection must be completed by Thursday 30th October 2025 at 3:00pm. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize by Thursday 30th October 2025 at 3:00pm, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The appointment to collect the prize must be confirmed in writing at least 7 days in advance of the collection date.
6. General Conditions
No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
7. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Data Protection and Marketing
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy available at https://www.wallacealiving.com/privacy-policy. See also Condition 8.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
By submitting their entry, entrants also consent to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter, including updates, offers, and information about services and events.
Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or contacting the Promoter directly.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails info@wallacealiving.com or writes to 2 Newcastle Place, London W2 1AX (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date stated in condition 3.4. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by calling 020 3960 1000. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
9. Governing Law
The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
