We are hugely excited to reveal the first look of our debut two-bedroom penthouse apartments that we’ll be creating at Wallacea Living, Marylebone.
Located on the top three floors of our building at West End Gate, the six penthouses will start in price from around £3.1 million*, offering a luxury lifestyle for the over 65s.
Offering a luxury specification, each penthouse will enjoy a designer kitchen with natural stone worktops, floor-to-ceiling windows, stylish bathroom suites, hardwood floors, oak doors, an integrated audio system and enviable outdoor balconies.

Paul Morgan, Co-Founder and CEO of Wallacea Living, said: “Our vision goes beyond providing a comfortable space; it's about creating an environment where individuals can have the time of their later life. Our aim is to redefine people’s expectations for retirement living. Retirement isn’t the time for slowing down. It’s the time to embrace new challenges, make new connections whilst maintaining existing networks, to put your health first and, ultimately, to have fun.
“Taking a proactive approach to wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, from our vast array of on-site amenities, exciting events, and fitness and nutrition programmes – right through to the design of our homes.”
The penthouses are the latest homes to be released for sale at Wallacea Living, Marylebone.

Commenting on the design of the new homes, Paul says: “Research has shown that natural light keeps our minds sharper, promotes better sleep, has a positive effect on our mental health and even helps us recover more quickly when we get ill. That’s why it’s so important that our apartments have been designed with large windows, spacious rooms and outdoor spaces to maximise natural lighting.
“Our penthouses offer a real taste of luxury living in the heart of London where homeowners not only benefit from the metropolitan lifestyle that London has to offer, but also the vast array of on-site amenities and events at Wallacea Living.”

The signature penthouse benefits from a large private terrace, as well as private balconies that enjoy enviable views across London.
All apartment homeowners will have access to an abundance of onsite facilities including a swimming pool and sauna, gym, salon, boutique cinema, restaurant and orangery, and a carefully curated library, in addition to regular events.

Additionally, homeowners will be offered six-monthly wellbeing MOTs, alongside support for nutrition, exercise, and relaxation; all designed to help homeowners live independently for longer. If care is needed in the future, it will be offered by our in-house Wallacea Living team.
Nestled between Little Venice and Paddington Green, Wallacea Living Marylebone is currently under construction and we’re hoping to welcome our first homeowners in spring 2026.
