NEW SALES AND MARKETING TEAM APPOINTMENTS

Integrated Retirement Community (IRC) operator, Wallacea Living, has bolstered its sales and marketing team with a duo of senior appointments, as activity gears up ahead of the first homeowners moving into the debut community early next year.Karolina Harvey joins the team as Head of Sales, having previously worked as a Sales Manager at Audley Villages for four years. During her time at Audley, Karolina was awarded Sales Manager of the Year in 2022, followed by accolades for the most new sales, and ultimate high achiever, in 2023.With nearly a decade’s experience in the senior living and wider property sectors, Karolina has also worked at LifeCare Residences, Catalyst Housing Association and Churchill Retirement Living. In her new role as Head of Sales, she will be responsible for managing the sales team and sales strategy for Wallacea Living and is passionate about ensuring a transparent and personalised customer journey.Speaking about why she has joined the Wallacea Living team, Karolina said: “Having worked in the senior living sector more than a decade, I have seen what works well. The approach taken by Wallacea Living, placing the emphasis on proactive wellbeing and community, really aligns with my own beliefs on how we can make a positive difference to older people’s lifestyles, so they maintain independence and still enjoy the freedom that later life brings.“I’m very much looking forward to working for Wallacea Living, a company that looks at later living in a unique way; we’re using the extensive knowledge and experience of the entire team to put forward a really attractive offering for the over 65s.”Karolina is joined by Georgina Hardy who has taken a new role as Senior Marketing Manager at Wallacea Living. With over a decade of experience across real estate, finance and digital product sectors, Georgina brings a proven track record in brand-building, integrated campaigns and lead generation.Joining the team from Third.i Group, where she led UK marketing activity for residential and mixed-use property developments, Georgina is passionate about promoting the health and wellbeing benefits of integrated retirement communities, and she will be responsible for leading Wallacea Living’s marketing strategy, driving campaign execution, and building brand awareness as the company prepares to welcome its first homeowners in January 2026.Commenting on her new role, Georgina said: “With just five months to go until we welcome our first homeowners to Wallacea Living, Marylebone, it’s a very exciting time to be joining the team.
