We are thrilled to reveal that Wallacea Living, Marylebone, has been named the best senior living development in the United Kingdom.
The accolade was awarded at this year’s United Kingdom Property Awards and was one of three categories that we are delighted to have won, including: Best Senior Living Development London, Best Senior Living Development United Kingdom and Best Residential Interior Show Home London.
Judged by an independent panel of over 100 industry experts, the United Kingdom Property Awards celebrate the highest level of achievement, focussing on services, sustainability, high living standards, ergonomics, originality and creativity.
We will now compete against other senior living operators across the continent to be named Best European Senior Living Development, with the winners due to be announced next month.

The judges congratulated the team for our proactive approach to health and wellbeing, from the on-site facilities and events, through to the design of its apartments and shared spaces.
