

Today marks a huge milestone for the Wallacea Living team as we celebrate the ‘topping out’ of our 16-storey building at West End Gate, getting us one step closer to welcoming our first homeowners.

Not for the faint hearted, the project team climbed to the roof of the building, where they witnessed the final brick being laid and came together to celebrate the hard work of all those involved in the project to date.
Not only was today significant for Wallacea Living, but also for the wider retirement living sector, as it will be London’s most centrally located Independent Retirement Community, providing an exciting opportunity for homeowners to enjoy the time of their later life within the hustle and bustle of one of Europe’s most exciting capital cities.
