Sales Consultant.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in the launch and future development of our business by selling premium apartments to high-net-worth individuals, helping them find an exceptional lifestyle within our exclusive communities.

It is essential that you are passionate about luxury lifestyle sales, selling to high-net-worth individuals, and you should be able to able to demonstrate a proven track record of success.

‍

This role requires a strong sales background with excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the wider sales and marketing strategy. You will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, launches, and networking opportunities.

‍

Previous retirement living, luxury property sales or luxury services experience, although desirable, is not essential as full training and support will be given.

‍

Key Responsibilities

‍

Sales Performance & Strategy:

  • Achieving and exceeding pre-agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage sales process from inquiry to completion.
  • Continually work on your product knowledge, market intelligence and understanding of the sector to become an expert in luxury retirement property sales
  • Providing expert guidance on the luxury lifestyle offering of our developments.
  • Working alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing Team to ensure effective lead generation from marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
  • Attending and representing the company at external networking events, industry exhibitions, and launch events.
  • Gathering and reporting on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to enhance our sales approach.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact through to post-sale service.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential purchasers by building rapport and trust, understanding their needs, preferences to successfully convert inquiries into sales.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, upholding our company values and luxury positioning.
  • Ensuring all sales processes align with our high standards of service and professionalism.

Salesforce & Data Management:

  • Utilising Salesforce to record and maintain accurate and compliant customer data.
  • Tracking customer interactions, preferences, and buying behaviour to personalise engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Analysing sales trends, pipeline performance and client demographics to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Ensuring all data entry and record-keeping adhere to company policies and relevant data protection regulations.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to leverage Salesforce insights for targeted campaigns and customer engagement.

Skills and Experience:

  • A successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the luxury sector (property, lifestyle, hospitality, or high-end services).
  • Experience in selling to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), with a strong understanding of their expectations and buying behaviours.
  • A consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales, with the ability to build rapport and trust with discerning clients.
  • Committed team player who is also able to work independently.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed, while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive performance.
  • High level of personal presentation and professionalism, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (desirable but not essential).
  • A degree from a reputable university or business school is beneficial but not essential.
  • Empathy and advanced active listening skills. Ability to understand our customers’ unique needs and preferences.
  • Experienced in consultative selling.
