Book your personalised tour of Wallacea Living Marylebone in April or May, and return in Summer for a complimentary lunch* at Alfred’s Brasserie.

*A two-course meal and a glass of house wine, for you and one guest.

1. Promoter

This promotion is offered by Wallacea Living Opco Limited, company number 13529550, whose registered office is Bury Lodge, Bury Road, Stowmarket, England, IP14 1JA (the “Promoter”).

‍

2. Offer Eligibility

‍

2.1 The offer is open to individuals who:

‍

  • Make a legitimate enquiry for themselves or on behalf of a person aged 60+ and over;
  • Make an enquiry for a person who is a UK resident; and
  • Attend a pre-booked appointment at the Wallacea Living Marylebone Showsuite with a member of our sales team

2.2 The offer is not available to:

‍

  • employees of the Promoter;
  • employees of agents, contractors or suppliers professionally connected with this promotion; or
  • members of the immediate families or households of the persons listed above.

‍

3. Qualifying Appointment

‍

3.1 Appointments must be booked and confirmed directly with the Wallacea Living Sales team by calling 020 3960 1000 or via email enquiries@wallacealiving.com

‍

3.2 Appointments must be:

‍

  • booked on or before Friday 29 May 2026; and
  • attended on or before Tuesday 30 June 2026.

‍

3.3 Only one complimentary lunch voucher per qualifying household will be issued.

‍

3.4 Customers who cancel, fail to attend, or arrive late and are unable to complete their appointment will not qualify for the offer.

‍

4. Offer Details

‍

4.1 Customers who meet the eligibility criteria and complete a qualifying appointment will receive:

‍

  • One voucher entitling the recipient and one guest to a complimentary two-course lunch and a glass of house wine each at Alfred’s Brasserie, Marylebone.

‍

4.2 The voucher:

  • will be issued following attendance at the Showsuite appointment;
  • must be redeemed directly with the restaurant in accordance with the restaurant’s booking terms (please refer to booking instructions on the voucher when received);
  • is subject to availability and any applicable blackout dates determined by the restaurant;
  • has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered;
  • is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be resold;
  • must be used in a single sitting and cannot be split across multiple visits.

4.3 The offer does not include travel, additional drinks, service charges, or any other expenses unless expressly stated.

5. General Conditions

‍

5.1 This promotion is a marketing incentive and does not constitute a prize draw, competition or game of chance.

‍

5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to:

‍

  • verify eligibility criteria before issuing a voucher;
  • refuse or withdraw the offer where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms;
  • substitute the restaurant or offer with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary;
  • amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time where reasonably required.

5.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and qualification for the offer is final and binding.

6. Limitation of Liability

‍

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or expense arising from:

  • participation in this promotion; or
  • redemption or use of the restaurant voucher.

6.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Data Protection

‍

7.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: www.wallacealiving.com/privacy-policy

7.2 By booking and attending an appointment, customers acknowledge that their personal data may be used:

‍

  • to administer this promotion;
  • to assess eligibility and proceedable status; and
  • for future marketing communications where consent has been provided.

‍

7.3 Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

‍

8. Governing Law

‍

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
